Prayer Requests

We at Frontier are firmly convinced that prayer is a central component in the life of the church. As human-beings, we are limited. We are limited by time and space. We are limited by our weaknesses, our inability to effect the change we desire. We are limited by our thoughts – we’re simply unable to think rightly about some things. We are limited… but God is not! None of the things that limit us are able in any way to hinder our eternal, all-knowing, ever-present, limitless God. Here’s the really good news – because of Jesus Christ’s work on our behalf, God now welcomes us into His presence in prayer! In prayer, we are no longer confined by time and space! We are able to enter into the spiritual realm, and contend with and for our friends, neighbors, loved ones, and brothers and sisters in Christ, whether they are across the street or around the world. And we’re able to lay our requests before the only One who is able to effect real and lasting change – the Lord of the universe who alone is in control of all things.

We believe in the importance and power of prayer at Frontier, and we want you know that we pray for you, the church, regularly. We pray for the church as a body, but we also pray individually for each of you.

If you have a specific prayer request, we would be honored to go before our heavenly Father on your behalf with that request as well. Simply email your requests to:

contactus@frontierchurchkodiak.org

We check this email daily for requests. Know that your request will be kept confidential, and that we will pray for you.

We also gather daily, Monday-Friday, from 11 am – 1 pm, at the church for prayer. Join us for 5 minutes, an hour, or the whole time. It’s up to you. Come and pray with us. Join us as we seek the Lord’s face in prayer. This is a great time for us to lift up our requests together, and join our hearts before the only One who is able to effect change in the things that concern us most.

If you’d like to pray with a pastor, we are always available to pray. Let us know if you are faced with an emergent prayer need or other emergency. One of us will be available.
